Refuge

Student Worship begins at 6:30 p.m. each Wednesday night with the gym and game room opening at 6 p.m. for students to come hang out and fellowship before worship each week.  Students are challenged each week to follow Jesus and to dive deep in their relationship with Jesus. Our goal is to see students grow in their relationship with Jesus and each other. Students have the opportunity each week to build relationships with others, participate in fun games, take part in dynamic worship, hear relevant and biblically sound preaching, pray and much more.

Join us this Wednesday to grow in your relationship with God and others.

Sunday School

Sunday School begins at 9:20 a.m. each Sunday with a large group time set aside to fellowship with one another and for announcements. Students then divide into small groups for Bible study. Our studies are designed to show students where the Bible meets their lives by focusing on topics that really matter, asking thought-provoking questions, and guiding students to discover Biblical truths in order to make practical applications in their lives.

Acteens

Acteens is a missions organization for girls in grades 7 – 12 which meets on Sundays beginning at 4:00 p.m. Through Acteens, teenage girls have opportunities to grow in their relationships with God and their peers. Acteens learn to look beyond themselves and become actively involved in missions and ministry.

One component of Acteens is MissionsQuest, the individual achievement plan designed to help girls develop their missions lifestyle. Our Acteens are currently completing the Quest for Vision.

Youth Choir

Led by our Associate Pastor of Music Bro. David Bishop, Youth Choir meets each Wednesday beginning at 5:30 p.m. and is open to all students in grades 7 – 12. The Youth Choir sings on a regular basis during Sunday morning worship. One of the highlights of the year is the Youth Choir Tour.  Attendance requirements, trip details, and cost information for this year’s trip will be available at a later date.  In addition to our Youth Choir, we also have a Youth Handbell Choir. Handbells meet on Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m.

 

Youth Bible Drill

Bible Drill is a wonderful opportunity for students in grades 7 – 12 to develop skills in the use of the Bible, increase their knowledge of the Bible, memorize scripture, and learn to apply the Bible to everyday life experiences. Beginning in March, participants compete in drills at the church, association, and state levels. Bible Drill participants celebrate their accomplishments with a year-end trip.
